Kitchen Spotlight: Parmesan Baked Fish

The other night, I made this Parmesan Baked Fish for dinner. I used some really nice center cut salmon fillets I picked up from my favorite grocery store, Publix. This was super easy and yummy, so I highly recommend it.

What I got:

  • cup  light mayonnaise or salad dressing
  • tablespoons  grated Parmesan cheese
  • tablespoon  chives (I didn’t use fresh)
  • teaspoon  Lea and Perrins for chicken (If you haven’t used this for anything yet, you’re missing out–one of the greatest ideas EVER!)
