The other night, I made this Parmesan Baked Fish for dinner. I used some really nice center cut salmon fillets I picked up from my favorite grocery store, Publix. This was super easy and yummy, so I highly recommend it.
What I got:
- cup light mayonnaise or salad dressing
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon chives (I didn’t use fresh)
- 1 teaspoon Lea and Perrins for chicken (If you haven’t used this for anything yet, you’re missing out–one of the greatest ideas EVER!)
