Goodbye, Probiotic

Did an eating meditation/mindfulness activity outside on the deck while having my first meal of the day: oatmeal. #aDogCalledOakley took a nap. I had half a bowl.

Yesterday I ditched the probiotic under the theory it was making things worse. The experiment was successful. I’m now back to where I was a week ago. Which is progress of its own, I guess. Hopefully, it continues to get better and I can just hit the probiotic afterwards. Still working on immunity with matcha green tea, elderberry, wellness tea, and multivitamins.
