Kitchari, yes! Yogurt, no!

Ate all the kitchari. So making another one. Might be the only thing I eat until this is all over. Yesterday had to be about the yogurt. So no more of that.

But tomorrow I’m gonna try to make an aruyveda rice porridge just to change things up.

Cookbook has this advice: “Remember that your food will absorb the energy of your mindset and state of being while cooking, so you can assist your healing process by bringing good intentions and a sense of presence to your kitchen.” So I’m talking about healing to this kitchari while I stir.
