This is like a legit meal. And I ate [most of] it. It is the best thing I have eaten in over a month. It is a paratha made with whole wheat flour and chopped spinach with some potatoes for filling and a little rice with actual veggies. It has more color and flavor than I’ve experienced in SO long! I was so excited. I wanted to eat it all, but I decided the smart thing would be to take it slow. And tonight I go to bed #grateful for this tasty and nourishing food; the friend who made it and porch dropped it for me; and that as I go to bed I am taking the last antibiotic in this (hopefully final) round. Hopefully, this is the turn I’ve been waiting to take. Good night, sleep well, friends.
