Another day, another bowl of oatmeal. But now I’ve started adding chyawanprash, which is an Ayurvedic health supplement (that’s like a jam) made up of a super-concentrated blend of nutrient-rich herbs and minerals. It is meant to restore drained reserves of life force (ojas) and to preserve strength, stamina, and vitality, while stalling the course of aging. All of which I could use right now. As part of my 21-day journey, I am trying new things each week. Some I’ll keep, some I won’t. This is one I might keep. Easy, healing, and tasty mix with oatmeal.
