Ayurveda Root Veggie Stew

I didn’t do rice again. I did Aryuveda winter vegetable stew. It treated me right at lunchtime. And so it was a repeat for dinner. With ghee toast. The well-cooked root vegetables seem to work well at this stage of recovery.

What I really wanted to eat, though, was some of the pimento cheese sausage balls Trent made. Sigh.
