French Toast Overnight Oats

What I Used:
1 c. rolled oats
1/2 banana
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tbs. maple syrup
1 tsp. chia seeds
1 c. oat milk
What I Did:
Mash the banana in a bowl.
Mix in all the other ingredients.
Put into glass Mason jars.
Let sit overnight.
Optional: serve with fresh berries, banana, cinnamon.
