Yoga isn’t the only type of movement that’s good for your gut, so if it’s not your thing, maybe check this out. I still like the yoga personally. I haven’t been able to get myself beyond that and walking as exercise. I certainly haven’t gotten back up to cardio dance or HIIT. I like the tip about switching from high impact to low if you’re having digestive issues. Makes sense to me.
